I am jharold, my meals during the day are: when I have breakfast I always have a cup of coffee with milk and I also accompany it with bread with egg, during lunch it is usually rice with some variety of chicken or beef, for dinner sometimes it is something light like a soup or grilled chicken, although I really like to eat shawarmas for dinner, they are very delicious with their spicy creams 

Shawarma is my favorite fast food even though it is not originally Peruvian, the place where I find it is in Plaza 28 in the city of Iquitos, the variety I like the most is beef, this means that there are many varieties of shawarma.

pork shawarma:
Corn tortilla, ground beef, cucumber, tomato cut into slices, mayonnaise, cheese, salt pepper

chicken shawarma: corn tortilla, chicken breast, lettuce french fries, egg salt, onion

beef shawarma:
Corn tortilla, French fries, beef onion, salt, pepper
